PETA Multi-Function Food Preparation Board

The PETA Multi-Function Food Preparation Board assists those with weak hand function, or semi-loss of use of one hand, in peeling, slicing, grating and preparing food. This high quality food preparation board is designed to help increase independence in the kitchen.

Easily Slice and Grate

On the underside of the lid are four spikes to keep fruit and vegetables in place for peeling or cutting. Under the specially designed lid are three stainless steel bowls: one with a fine grater and slicer, another with a coarse grater, and a collecting bowl. All bowls are sized so that they are held in place by a lip around the nook that the bowls sit in. To use the graters or slicer simply flip them right side up and position over the collecting bowl.
