PETA Long Loop Easi-Grip® Scissors

The PETA Long Loop Easi-Grip® Scissors, are light weight, self-opening adapted scissors designed for users with weak hand or grip conditions that make the use of conventional style scissors uncomfortable or impossible. The continuous loop handle automatically reopens scissors when pressure is released.

The Long Loop Easi-Grip® Scissors have a long loop handle that provides increased stabilization to prevent the scissors from twisting in the hand. The long loop handle aids finger isolation using the middle, ring, and little fingers for strength for the cutting action while the index finger is used for guidance. Alternatively for those with very restricted movement, fingers can be placed over the long loop handle. After gently squeezing the scissors closed, the spring-action handle automatically reopens the scissors as soon as pressure is released. The high quality polymer loop handle does not snap and retains spring action. High quality stainless steel blades provide longevity and cut through paper with ease. A blade guard is included to provide safe storage. These adapted scissors are recommended for users with poor sensation, weak grip, or poor hand control. Choose from Right hand with Blue handles or Left hand with Green handles.
